Siri-ously?

My father just got the Iphone4s and still hasn't set up Siri. Anyway, my mom said that her friend asked Siri, "What is the meaning of life," and she replied, "All research points to chocolate,". So my mom cracks up, and now I'm trying to think up the most bizarre questions to ask Siri when my dad sets her up.

Please leave any possible funny questions in the comments. I will reply to them.

...When my father sets up Siri.

...In a week.

Freelancing

Ay carumba!! I am doing so much JUNK that I can barely keep up with my expenses!! (lunch money, video games, I can't really afford it all on my allowance) So, I have decided to cut back on all of my clubs and other stuff, and am now doing freelance interviews for the video newspaper. So when I told my mother, she laughed and said that she would have to blog about it. And then I said that I would have to blog about her blogging about me. And then she laughed again and said that she now had quite a bit of blogging to do. So now, I have so much #$%@ going on that I am drowning in it, while my mom is blogging.

Ironic, huh?

New-ruto

Ninjas. Shadowy, swordy, and awesome. As I have been envious of Naruto and all the shinobi for a while now, I have decided to become a semi-shinobi as a hobby. Now, I am not really a ninja, but I have memorized the hand signs, and I am rather enthusiastic about it. Ninja sword, kunai, shurikins, and other gear all cover my pockets and clips. I even coughed up 15 clams for a Hidden Leaf Village headband.

Don't call this shinobi crazy.
I may use my rasengan on you.

Mini-con

So, the Somers Library had its 1st ever mini-comic con today. Of course, being the insane geek/n3rd/manga enthusiast that I am, I just had to go. Albeit losing 7 matches in a row of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, I had a great time and even won the costume contest! I couldn't decide who to go as (mainly because none of my clothes were clean) and went as the most ordinary-looking character ever-Syaoran. He is a boy on a mission to save his girlfriend's memory and life, but their relationship will never be the same again. Freaky, huh? Anyway, I lost the raffle and the art contest, but I still got a wall-scroll for my costume victory.

End of the quarter...and unfortunately, the death-by-report-card day I have been dreading.

So this dad has hiccups, and being the good son his son is, he tries to help his father. They tried water, handstands, and even spoonfuls of sugar, (they do help the medicine go down, though) all to no avail.
So then the son says,
"Why don't I scare your hiccups away?"
and the dad says,
"How will you do that, son?"
"Easy. I just got my report card!"

'Nuff said.

A Holiday of Remembrance...

Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and I think this quote not only sums up my blog, but my entire life, among many other things:

"Almost always, the creative dedicated minority has made the world better."
-Martin Luther King Jr.

This states that all the times that the world has been helped, a small group of focused, creative people has been there to do all the work. I, a Manga-loving I\I3RD, am completely responsible for this page, which many people see as a way to change the world. I am the "creative dedicated minority" that is responsible for the good and bad changes that this page makes in the world.

Martin Luther King Jr, we could've used your logic in the complete disaster that we call our government, and we all miss you and your wise advice.

"The time is always right to do what's right."
-Martin Luther King Junior

And that's exactly what I'll do.
